Round Rose

I am trying to use up my in colors before they retire. I had a full pack of Pacific Point so decided to use it for one of the stamp club projects coming up in two weeks. I will show them how to make the circle card, how to use the new Stampin' Up! circle cutter, how to do the watercolor technique, and a short cut to embossing with color and clear ep. That's alot of info in one little card!!

Mojo Rose

I had time to play in the stamp room tonight. The cable was out, so I missed alot of season finales. Did I miss Dancing With the Stars? Who won? I can't believe the cable was out, it's not even raining!!!! It's a good thing I had some things on the DVR to watch. I like the stamp while I watch tv. It's called multi-tasking, right? This card is for the Mojo Monday sketch. I just love this watercolor technique. So simple!

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge

After I made this card I realized it qualifies for the Black, White, plus One more challenge at Stamptacular Sunday. I made this using Parisian Breeze specialty designer paper, as well as black and white cardstock all from SU. The sets are also SU: Fifth Avenue Floral, Soft Summer (sentiment only), and the butterfly from Great Friends. I stamped everything that is black with versamark first and then black embossed it. The words from the Friendly Words wheel are black embossed right on top of the specialty paper. The butterfly and flowers are baja breeze. The black ribbon is from the Valet ribbon collection from SU.

Parisian Breeze Mojo

I saw this card that was done for the mojo sketch and fell in love with it. So of course I had to try it too. I am making a series of cards featuring the Parisian Breeze specialty designer paper (my favorite dp) and my new favorite stamp sets (at least new to me) Fifth Avenue Floral, Friends 24-7, Soft Summer, and Great Friend.
